Hi, I’m Janice, a 400-hour trained yoga and meditation teacher based in South East London!
My journey with yoga has been nothing short of transformative. Yoga has allowed me to feel safe and grounded in my body and in doing so it has led me on a path of self-discovery. It is not an exaggeration to say that yoga has completely changed my life, and I want nothing more than to share this practice with others! My goal is to create a safe space where you can embark on your own transformative journey, just as I did.
As well as the movement (asana), I also teach breathwork, meditation and mindfulness.

Having worked in the corporate world for almost 11 years, I understand how yoga can help reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve overall employee wellness. By incorporating yoga into your corporate environment, you’ll allow your team to manage workplace pressures while encouraging a healthier work-life balance. Sessions can be held in person or online and are typically 60-minutes long and can be a mix of breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and yoga.
